Respond time to emails are long

I had a reasonable experience corresponding with Lodgis, and they were able to help me very quickly once a lot of other companies had not followed through on my rental request. The only issue I encountered, was that the agent I was corresponding with informed me that the apartment may not be available due to repairs, and when I asked for additional apartment options while I waited for conformation, I did not receive an answer for over 24 hours. Being that I had informed them my travel dates were so soon, this was a bit unnerving. But later they responded, and everything worked out well. So I am satisfied overall.

Always very helpful and on time with communication regarding the rental and anything associated with the stay.
