I had an amazing experience with the agency. I am an incoming exchange student who struggled to find short-term housing in Paris. The agency, Miss Contarini in particular, was very fast to respond, and helped me find the perfect place for my stay in Paris! I would genuinely recommend Lodgis to all!

Overall lodgis staff have been very helpful in my apartment search - they respond pretty quickly, and work with you to find an apartment. However, I think the website should be better updated - there are many apartments listed on the website that are not available in reality, which makes the search take a bit longer than it needs to. I'd recommend lodgis to foreigners in Paris looking for a convenient agency (with lower fees compared to similar agencies) to help find an apartment in a very competitive housing market.

Tive uma experiência excelente com a Lodgis! 3 dias depois de iniciar meu atendimento com a agência, já consegui assinar o contrato de um aluguel muito bom em Paris. Passei 2 meses procurando por conta própria sem sucesso e só quando encontrei a Lodgis consegui achar um lugar para morar. Ser atendida pela Julia Khalfa em português, minha língua materna, deixou a experiência ainda melhor. Recomendo muito!

Lodgis a été rapide à répondre aux demandes qui j'ai présentées pour plusieurs annonces, en me permettant d'avoir un cadre seul avec tous les infos pour exprimer mon ordre de préférence. La procédure de collection des documents requis pour la création du dossier est assez exigeante, mais ça ne change pas par rapport à ce qui est prévu par autres agences et propriétaires particuliers pour les contrats de location en France. J'ai pu conclure la procédure de contrat dans une semaine. La plateforme de recherche des annonces est bien construite et fournit plus de détails qu'autres sites web. Mon conseillère a été gentille et disponible.
