We worked with Akemi Hirano. She was five star all the way. Akemi was totally professional answering every email and phone call. We live in Hawaii on the island of Maui and she was always available even with our 12 hour time difference. We had very specific needs for our two month stay in Paris. Lodgis really helped me in my time of need! After leaving the dirty appartment which I found on a site, I stayed in a hotel for a few days but at the same time I was desperate to find an apartment in Paris as my internship started only some days later. So I went to the Lodgis office and I was greeted by the very kind and helpful Raphaelle. She listened as I explained my situation and two hours later I left the office with a flat booked and ready for me to move in the next day. Raphaelle even advised me on the district I should choose and with my poor french I even understood how she was saying to another collegue that she prefers the 2nd arrondissement for me as it is safer and more suitable than the north of Paris for young students like me. I really appreciate that! She explained everything to me, even repeated it as I kept asking over and over again. And she managed to explain my difficult situation to the landlady, thus making it possible for me to move into the apartment immediately. I cannot thank Raphaelle and her team enough. I totally recommend the Lodgis agency!! I wish everyone there good luck. Thank you so nuch!

As somebody trying to find an apartment in Paris from US, I found it very helpful to deal with your agent Mr. Tamura. There is a lot of stuff on the internet but that is somewhat overwhelming so it was really useful to get suggestions directly from Mr Tamura that met my family's needs.
