Fue una buena experiencia en general, lo único negativo es que tardan mucho tiempo en dar respuesta de la disponibilidad de los apartamentos y que aveces no mantienen la pagina actualizada.

ネットで調べると20区という地区は治安が悪いとの事ですが、 その中でもガンベッタは比較的治安が良い方らしい事、 Hiranoさんより「メトロはパリ中縦横に走っており、駅から5分以上歩くところはありませんのでどの物件をお選びいただいても大丈夫かと思います。」 との意見をいただきましたので、こちらに決めました。 初めてのパリ、初めての場所で不安なところ、気持ちの良い対応をしていただき、 ありがとうございました。

The Paris housing market is extremely fickle and landlords have their pick of tenants--there is no first mover advantage. There are some great apartments on Lodgis but you should be prepared to book it 3+ months in advance to secure a place that fits your every need.
