To help us in our mission, we are looking for a seller-orientated Property Sales Advisor to take on a permanent role in our agency located in the 2nd arrondissement of Paris, starting as soon as possible.
Your responsibilities
Reporting to the Agency Manager, the Property Sales Advisor will work as part of the team to develop the sales department.
Owner relations:
- Finding new prospective buyers
- Visiting and selecting properties, signing warrants and creating new apartment sales records
- Inputting details of apartments and other information into the database
- Developing apartment portfolios
- Ensuring the consistency of offers (price, presentation) across different websites
- Managing the relationship with the seller throughout the sales process, from the initial request to the final signature on the deed of sale
- Providing the owner with legal/ tax information
- Negotiating the selling price with the owner
- Taking photos and drawing up a plan of the apartment
- Forwarding purchase proposals and buyers’ warranties to homeowners
Additional duties // As part of the development of the Sales department, and depending on your workload, you will be required to perform roles connected to that of the ‘Sales Consultant’:
- Following-up with buyers and processing requests throughout the sales process, from the initial request to the final signature on the deed of sale at the notary’s office
- Creating files, making appointments, making and receiving calls, conducting visits, receiving purchase offers, forwarding files to the notaries…
- Monitoring and updating the database
- Negotiating sales prices with buyers and obtaining purchase offers
- Developing partnerships with other real estate agencies (meeting, visiting properties)
- Translating documents and the website
- Conducting market research in person and by telephone
