Réponse assez rapide, mise en place des paiements de manière simple et efficace. Permets de louer un logement sans avoir à se déplacer pour des visite ou autre, ce qui est un vrai plus. En revanche un photo ou deux en plus de l\'appartement seraient les bienvenues pour rassurer le client.

対応は素早いです。でもほとんど自分でやらなければいけないので、英語が無理な方はここのサイトからお部屋を借りることをオススメしません。

The agency provided me a good service.

The agency was professional and efficient. The agent I was assigned to was not always easy to get hold of to answer questions. Communicating via email in English was also a little slow due to mistranslations/misunderstandings. But overall everything worked well.

The agency was pretty good. The only issue was I was not very sure if they contact all the landlords when I gave them a list of of say 10 apartments that I would like to check... They told me only one was available, but then when I insisted we found out that say another apartment was also available.

Mme TOYOKO est superbe! Elle nous a bcp aidés et elle était très coopérative. Mais je propose à l\'Agence qu\'il faut avoir plus de proposition à présenter et être un peu plus rapide.

Même si ce n\'est pas moi qui ait eu directement relation avec Lodgis et ses interlocuteurs, la personne qui a été en relation avec lodgis a été satisfaite du dialogue et du service.

Pas de probleme particulier cette fois-ci, la procedure a ete simplifiee.

The relationship with Lodgis was very good, although they took some time to answer questions when we started to search for apartments. Other than that, everything turned out well.

Eu achei que no começo a agência demorava um pouco para responder meus e-mails quando eu demonstrava interesse em algum apartamento. Mas quando nos acertamos em relação a esse apartamento o relacionamento foi bom.

Contact with the agency was a bit slow at first, but they were then professional, answered our questions and the entire process was simple.

メイルのやり取りに時々原因不明の文字化けがあって困りましたが、きちんと連絡、対応をしてもらえました。

物件を決めようとしていた時期はなかなかいい返信がなかった気がして本当に借りれるのか不安がありましたが、物件をこちらがはっきり決め、思い切って電話をしてからは、返信も早く、スムーズに契約へ進み、TOYOKOさんは、物件に直接関わること以外にも私がいろいろ質問してしまっても、快く教えて下さいました。

У меня в процессе аренды не возникло ни одного вопроса - значит все организовано более менее хорошо: И квартира соответствовала описанию и процесс бронирования прошел без проблем. Но нас подстраховывали наши друзья, которые давно живут в Париже по этому оценка не объективна. 1. Не очень понятно со страховкой квартиры: какие программы выбирать.

Have been very prompt in answering my questions. I would recommend That the landlord\'s email be available as it is the easiest way to contact them directly. I had to ask for mine so as to set up a time to meet.
