Akemi is a great help

Easy to use service with proficient agents

1er contact un peu froid et avec le sentiment d'être peu compatissant avec les client à la recherche de location. Mais au final bonne surprise, l'agence nous a recontacté pour nous faire une proposition de visite virtuelle pour répondre à la contrainte d'éloignement. Par la suite, visite virtuelle chaleureuse et précise ( même parties communes). Accompagnement des démarches administratives professionnelles . De la réactivité et de l'efficacité dans la mise en place du contrat. Une seule recommandation : Mettre de la compassion dans le 1er contact face aux étudiants et parents parfois dépassés par toutes les réalités du marché de la location , et qui sont dans la craintes soit de se faire arnaquer , soit de ne pas trouver.

lodgis has been easy to use and very professional. i am happy with the service.

The agency has been nice with my girlfriend and I. They have been available with us during the explanation of what we had to do. We had some problems after signing the rent to communicate with the responsabile of our house that was not so available to discuss about our concerns on the equipment found. Moreover, we are generally satisfied.

It was fast and smooth enough.
