レスポンスの早さがよく、契約も合理的スムーズに進みました。日本人的には、不動産屋が、こちらの要求を聞いて、さらにマッチした物件を提示するのが普通ですが、こちらでは、全ての情報がネット上に公開されており、自分で決めるようです。内見も直接大家さんと連絡をとります。とはいえ、通常フランス賃貸は、大家と直接交渉が一般的であるのに対し、不動産屋が仲介に入ってくれるため、安心を買うことができます。

スピーディーな対応をしていただきました でも　契約がすんだら　大家さんとの連絡を 直接とらなければならないとは　 思っていませんでした　鍵の引き渡しなどの　時間場所など コーディネイトして頂けたら　とても便利なサイトだと思います

何度かのやりとりできちんと対応していただきました。 が、キッチンの水の出が悪い件を家主さんにも御知らせし、お返事がこないので、ロジススタッフのほうにも連絡しましたが、その後連絡をいただけませんでした。 家主さんに連絡していただいたのか、どのように言っていたのか、など、その後のフォローもしてほしいところです。
