Chiara proffered the best customer service I've had with Lodgis — patient, efficient, a good sense of humour and she kindly offered personal and thoughtful insights about neighbourhoods with which I wasn't familiar when I was narrowing down apartments. With some rental agencies it's not immediately apparent why they merit or how they earn their share, but Chiara worked really hard to find the right place and answered all of my neurotic and curious queries effectively. The Lodgis web site provides a great quantity of detail about each apartment: descriptions, photos, reviews, room layouts, maps of the area, etc., so that you can make an informed decision without physically visiting the apartment. Also, the Lodgis representative that we communicated with by email was very helpful and was fluent in English. The whole process of finding an apartment, applying for it, and leasing it was straightforward.
