The agency was quite good. There were a couple of small issues, but that is perhaps because I had issues with the language barrier. Overall though, very professional, giving peace of mind when booking accommodation from the other side of the world.

D'autre L'interlocutrice Stefania Lombardi qui s'est occupée de notre dossier a été plus que courtoise. Elle a toujours répondue dans les plus bref délais malgrès le fait que nous ne puissions nous déplacer.Ainsi dans vue les difficultées que nous avions pour trouver un logement dans d'autre agence, cette personne nous a malgrès tout accompagnée jusqu'à ce que nous trouvions.
