Furnished rental

Tenant fees

For private individuals

• For leases subject to law n° 89-462 of July 6, 1989:
  The fees (visit, constitution of the application and drafting of the lease) correspond to 15% (including tax) of the total rent, to which are added 30 € (including tax) of application fees, this global amount being capped at:
  • 12 € (including tax)/sqm of living space in high-density urban areas
  • 10 € (including tax)/sqm of living space in dense urban area

  3 € (including tax)/sqm for the establishment of the inventory of fixtures at entry can be added to these fees.

• For leases not subject to law n° 89-462 of July 6, 1989, but subject to the provisions of the civil code:
  The fees correspond to 15% of the total amount (including tax) of the rent.

For companies

The fees represent 15% of the rental's total amount all tax included.

Owner fees

1 - Marketing fees (for START, ESSENTIAL, COMFORT and PREMIUM offers):

Fees at 7.75% including tax, deducted from the first month's rent.
This amount corresponds to the total costs of creating your file and drafting the lease (3.6% including tax) as well as marketing and negotiation costs, including management of financial flows (4.15% including tax).

2 - Management fees:

• ESSENTIAL offer: 3.9% incl. Tax, spread over the duration of the lease contract.
• COMFORT offer: 7.9% incl. Tax, spread over the duration of the lease contract.
• PREMIUM offer: 12% including tax, spread over the duration of the lease contract.

Unfurnished rental

Tenant fees

The fees ( for visits, assembling the file and drafting the lease agreement) represent 12€ incl.tax/sqm, to which 3€ incl.tax/sqm can be added to set up the inventory of fixtures.

Owner fees

• Fees for commercializing, creating the file and drafting the lease agreement: starting from half a month's rent incl.tax
• Rental management fees: from 4,8% incl.tax out of the rent charged

Sale

Buyer fees

• For a purchase below 150 000€: 7% incl.tax of the selling amount
• For a purchase between 150 000€ and 400 000€: 10 500 incl.tax (7% incl.tax of 150 000€) + 6% incl.tax of the amount superior to 150 000€
• For a purchase between 400 000€ and 900 000€: 25 500€ incl.tax (7% incl.tax of 150 000€ + 6% of 250 000€) + 5% incl.tax of the amount superior to 400 000€
• For a purchase exceeding 900 000€: 50 500€ incl.tax (7% incl.tax of 150 000€ + 6% of 250 000€) + 5% of 500 000€) + 4% incl.tax of the amount superior to 900 000€
