Selon l’Insee, l’IRL (indice de référence des loyers), permettant aux propriétaires de revaloriser chaque année les loyers, a progressé au 1er trimestre 2013 de seulement 1,54% sur un an. Cette hausse est la plus faible depuis la fin 2010.
