The referral program is indefinitely open from 24/02/2020.
Participation in the referral program is exclusively reserved for owners currently located in France with valid rental/active management contracts (hereafter referred to as “the Referrer”) with Lodgis. The Referrers are able to recommend Lodgis to one or more physical people who do not have active contracts with Lodgis (hereinafter referred to as “the Referral”) to become Owner Clients by signing a first time rental/management contract with Lodgis under the conditions described in the current list of regulations.
In participation of this referral program, the Referrer accepts that the Referral(s) gives their last name, first name, and email address when signing a contract with Lodgis.
A multi-brand gift card that is valid in France (hereinafter referred to as “the Gift”) of 80€ TTC will be given to the Referrer for each rental/management contract signed by a Referral after having contacted Lodgis per the advice of the Referrer, having given the last name, first name, and email address of the valid Referrer and respecting the conditions of the offer. The Referrer can recommend Lodgis’ services as many times as they wish as the number of Gifts available for a Referrer is unlimited.
The Gift will be sent to the Referrer after having referred the Referral who then respects the conditions of the offer posed in Article 1. A Referral may only have one Referrer.
The Gift will be sent by email to the Referrer as quickly as possible once the conditions posed in Article 3 of this list of rules and regulations have been fulfilled by the Referral.
The Referrals can eventually benefit from a Referral offer according to the conditions in place at the time of subscription.
Lodgis reserves the right to modify or terminate the Referral Program by means of dissemination of information on www.lodgis.com. Neither the Referrers nor the Referrals will be able to reverse this decision. Consequently, all requests received by Lodgis after the end date presented on the website will be excluded from benefiting from the present program.
