Landlord's comments: This charming studio apartment overlooking on a quiet courtyard, is located between the lively areas of the Marais, Châtelet – Les Halles and the islands : Île Saint Louis and Île de la Cité, in quiet rue Saint Martin in the 3rd arrondissement, on the 2nd French floor of 18th century building and it sleeps 2 to 4 people.
It has a rather high ceiling with beautiful ancient wooden beams and hard woodfloor (parquet).
This studio was designed by an architect and entirely renovated, a special attention has been paid to coziness and calm.
It will offer you the possibility to find a haven in the heart of the most trendy and lively area of Paris.
Just a few minutes walk from there, you will find a large choice of good restaurants, fabled Parisians cafés and bars. In the center, this apartment is located near number of metro and bus stations, as well as numerous taxi stands.
During your stay you can visit The Centre Georges-Pompidou, in the middle of Beaubourg. It is a focal point of modern and contemporary culture.
There is also the National Museum of Modern Art / Industrial Design center, public information library open to all (BPI), exhibition galleries, cinemas, shows and concert halls and a contemporary music research center (IRCAM).
It is very easy to get to the apartment from both airports Orly and Charles de Gaulle as the RER train reaches the Châtelet - Les Halles station. This station is located in a 5 minutes walk distance from the apartment.
If you arrive by the Eurostar or by Thalys trains, you will be reaching the Gare du Nord station, which is one station away from the Châtelet - Les Halles station.
