We stayed a whole week in this apartment (2 adults + 1 baby). It was really great. The apartment is in a very good condition (renovated few months ago), everything is shiny and new. The 5th floor guaranties both quite and good breeze. The location is excellent, very peaceful street. 1min from a Metro station with 2 lines (11,3). Many attractions in 15min walking time (Pompidu, Hotel de Ville), and even more in 20min walking time (Notre Dame).
