Good standing apartement with a convenient location between Montparnasse and Invalides (Metro Pasteur, line n° 6 and n° 12 ). This is a 2nd floor apartment, without elevator, and with a reinforced door. The street is very calm and the appartment includes double glazed windows thus there is no street noise. The living room includes a sofa which pulls out into a double bed (good quality mattress; can sleep 2 people), and TV, DVD, phone, with internet (all free access, also mobile phone communications in France).
The kitchen is equipped with oven, large fridge, dish washer, washing machine, 4 gaz burners, microwave, a coffee maker and a counter top table with high chairs to sit and eat for 2 people.
In the bedroom you have a bed (good quality mattress), as well as a custom made dressing.
