The handing over of the keys at the apartment during the check-in takes place from Monday to Saturday between 2:30pm and 7:00pm. Check-out is scheduled between 8:30am and 12pm.  Outwith these hours (6am-8:30am and 7pm-11pm), or on Sundays and public holidays, there will be a 50€ extra charge. A 100€ extra charge will be requested after 3pm on 24th December and on 31st December.   No check-in or check-out will be done on 25th December, 1st January, 1st May or between the hours 11pm and 6am.

The apartment is as show in the pictures. Tiny kitchen, and a small bathroom. Spacious living room, and good double bed at the loft. The washing machine in the bathroom is also a dryer. The apartment is at the end of a courtyard, with windows facing north (nice view across the courtyard) and west (towards another part of the same building). The surrounding area is nice. Internet connection at the apartment is good. People at Paris Rental Services who represent the owner of the aparment are helpful. They want to make your stay as smooth as possible.

We enjoyed the location and the ease of living in a part of Paris that was close enough to everything but not overly touristy. The kitchen was small, but we mostly used it for simple breakfasts. The bed was comfortable.
