Only a 20-min walk from the Eiffel Tower, one-bedroom furnished flat on 2nd floor of a quiet building with views on Square Violet. Recently refurbished and well-thought, it is located in a pleasant residential neighbourhood only a few minutes from Rue du Commerce, a lively area with numerous shops and restaurants. Close by, you will find all necessary shops: grocer’s, bakery, newsagent, etc. Access is by metro lines 8 (Commerce) and 10 (Charles Michel) with the stations less than 500 m away, as well as by bus lines 88 and 70 (bus stop at 50 m).

The handing over of the keys (check-in and check-out) takes place from Monday to Saturday, between 9am and 6pm.
Outwith these hours :
- from 6pm to 7pm (Monday to Saturday) there is a charge of 50 euros,
- from 9am to 6pm (Sunday and public holidays) there is a charge of 100 euros.

It is bordered by the River Seine, the Isle of Swans, the Avenue de Suffren, Rue de la Croix Nivert and the Rue Linois. This central neighbourhood has many strings to its bow. The Commerce - La Motte Picquet district once belonged to the municipality of Vaugirard. In 1860, it became the 59th district of Paris. The Island of Swans (historically known as la digue de Grenelle), is an artificial island in the Seine and is a famous tourist attraction of the district.
