Very nice place with very nice owners. Prime location within walking distance of 6 different metro lines and the TGV to Bretagne. Montparnasse is a vibrant neighborhood with lots of restaurants, bars, movie theaters. It's not a far walk to the Luxembourg garden, 4-5 blocks at most. You can easily walk to the eiffel tower or the Louvres. The owners are super friendly. If there's a flaw in the place if it's the fact that if does not get much light. Next time I go to Paris for an extended stay I will look into going back there.
