I am the first to live in this great little apt. after it was totally renovated. Everything is brand new, clean, and fresh. I do recommend a fan as well as better light above the bathroom mirror. Hard to put on make-up with low light. Perhaps a magnifier type light would be helpful for men also when they shave.
