Le Marais (Paris 3°)

This place was perfect! Exactly as shown in the pictures, very charming, modern, clean, and centrally-located in the hip and trendy Marais, literally a two minute walk to the Arts et Métiers metro station and easy walking distance to Centre Pompidou, Hôtel de Ville, Notre Dame and some of the best cafés, bars, restaurants, shops and boulangeries in Paris (the one downstairs was just voted the best in town!). There’s also a Carrefour City around the corner that's open late and for a more authentic shopping experience, nearby there’s Le Marché des Enfants Rouges, the oldest market in Paris. The studio is small, but doesn’t feel too crammed and it has everything you could possibly need for your stay, including supplies for cooking and cleaning in the kitchen. But my favourite thing about it was the skylight above the bed! The owner was very pleasant and helpful, always quick to respond to my questions and needs, and the arrival and check-out process went super smoothly. I felt very at home in this studio during my 3-month stay and I highly recommend it!
