"Pleasant and bright apartment on the 5th floor of a 6 story building with large windows in a quiet and well maintained building. It also a functional apartment with lots of storage space. Apartment has been refurbished in April 2014. The apartment is located in a residential area close to all kinds of shops and stores. It is served by two subway lines (#12 – Volontaires and #6 – Pasteur) and several bus lines. In addition, there are three ‘Velib’ bike stations and one Autolib station closeby. The Eiffel Tower is located within a 20mn walking distance, the ‘rue du Commerce’ shopping area within a 15mn walking distance and the closest movie theater is within 10mn walking distance (Convention area). Finally, if you enjoy going to the gym, there is a Club Med Gym just in front of the building. "
