Lovely appartment with all facilities available. Especially the bedroom is very cozy. The Kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher and washing machine. Although the stove top is very small on which you cannot place two pans simultaneously. The coffee table in the living room can be adjusted to a full dining table, but there is only one dining chair (although there are two folding chairs available). The bedroom with an adjacent bathroom is very light and spacious, with plenty of storage room for clothing. The bathroom is modern and clean and the shower is nice. The appartment/bedroom is facing the courtyard which could cause some noice or disturance for light sleepers because of the main door and gate closing with quite some noise and the lighting in the courtyard which turns on with a motion sensor (the curtains dont block all this light). The toilet is separated and has a very low ceiling and door, which makes it difficult to stand up straight for tall people, although sitting is no issue whatsoever. Overall a very cute and pleasant apartment in a very nice neighbourhood. Plenty of metro stations are close by, as are restaurants, gyms and supermarkets. The area is noticeably more residential to Parisians (and not as touristy as the rest of the 3rd arrondissment) but remains to be lively.
