Muy bien ubicado. Permite visitar los lugares más interesantes con un simple paseo y muy bien comunicado tanto con el aeropuerto como con cualquier linea de metro o tren dado que hay una estación a 50 metros del apartamento. La zona es muy agradable, la calle es peatonal, con mercados, bares,restaurantes y comercios. El apartamento es encantador, muy luminoso y con dos terrazas con vistas a Saint Eustache y la ciudad, aunque no podimos disfrutarlas por la época del año (Navidad). Está muy acondicionado y con conexión WIFI. Tal vez el único inconveniente son las escaleras pero eran tantas las ventajas que hasta es hasta éstas tenian su encanto.

The apartment is simply beautiful. Located in a very convenient area where Les Halles metro station is just 1 minute away. RER B line is also there. You could get to the apartment from CDG Airport within 40 minutes, to avoid the pretty bad traffic jam in the morning and afternoon. There are three floors in this apartment. One room and one study are located in the entrance level. The kitchen, living room and a very charming balcony are located the 2nd floor. And following a spiral stairs you could walk to the top level where a suite and rooftop area are located. As the highest building in the neighborhood, it provides a astonishing view from its rooftop. The landlord obviously has a good taste with good collection of furniture and many little things. The kitchenware is very complete. If you like a home in Paris, this apartment is definitely a very good choice, not to mention there are so many shops and shopping area just around the corner.

We enjoyed our stay in this apartment. We think the location is excellent - close to all the major areas of interest and the street is delightful. He had a good Media center with movies and a computer to use and a phone which was GREAT. He showed us how to do all of it, plus a washing machine for clothes. The fact that it has 113 steps up to it should be emphasized. I doubt of some people would be able to climb them. The location was wonderful.

The apartment is smart, well located and big enough for us: four grownups and one child. It is on three floors, has two bathrooms, two balconies (we didn’t use them a lot in January) and is well organized, clever and clean. When you walk down you are on Rue Montorgueil witch is basically like a food market with endless stroll of cheese shops, fishmongers, butcheries, wine shops, bakeries, flower shops – you name it. La Maison Stohrer sell take-away from heaven. If you are interested in food, and French food in general, you could spend a week in the apartment and never leave the street. And if you want to dwell one more day, you should try the market around the corner on Rue Montmarte on Wednesday and Sunday.

This wonderful apartment is in easy walking distance of the Pompidou, the Louvre, Notre Dame, and the Left Bank, and the two flower-filled terraces provide picturesque views over the the roofs of Paris to St. Eustache and, in the distance, Sacre Coeur. Rue Monroguiel is a vibrant pedestrian street with an historic patisserie, two award-winning boulangeries, butcher, seafood merchant, and interesting side-walk cafes -- even an open air food market twice a week. The three levels made it possible for the four of us to find some privacy from the rest of the group. We all loved it.

The apartment is great and functional, if not for the stairs it would be a 5 plus. The view from the top bedroom makes it a great place to hang out. I would recommend this apartment to anyone, but beware of the walk up but worth it.
