L'appartement est bien équipé et moderne. Il est situé, dans un quartier animé, mais il reste très calme car les fenêtres donnent sur la cour côté salon et chambre. On n'entend pas du tout le bruit de la rue. En revanche on entend un peu les voisins du dessus lorsqu'ils marchent.
