The private street is more like a courtyard equipped with a security code necessary to enter. A beautiful private garden is accessible from the building and there is a caretaker present during normal working hours. It is furthermore equipped with intercom and elevator. Metro Saint-Maur or Parmentier (line 3) and Ménilmontant (line 2), bus 20/71/96.

The Parc de Belleville offers a spectacular and surprising view of Paris, which is little known by tourists. Situated between Pere Lachaise, Republic and Bastille there is a quick access to major sites of Paris. The owners live nearby, 5 min by foot. They are trilingual (English/French/Danish) and are willing to share their knowledge and love of the neighbourhood. "
