This charming "pied a térre" is 18 m² with a 7 m2 mezzanine that serves as a the bedroom. It is located in the small quite street of rue Quincampoix at the footsteps of Marais on the 3rd district of Paris. It is in the 2nd French floor of a 17th century walk up building. This tastefully furnished studio can accommodate to 2 people and is equipped with a washer, two burner induction stove, a microwave, refrigerator, pots and pans, flatwares and glasswares. It also has TV, telephone, cable, WIFI and high speed internet. The entrance of the building has security code and an intercom.

This studio has very high ceilings and has two big French windows which make it bright and airy. It was efficiently designed to have all all the amenities you would like to have in a home with limited space. Please note the mezzanine and the shower areas are quite low.

The nearest touristic attractions are the Centre Pompidou, Saint-Eustache Church and La Canopée and rue Montorgueil. Since the area is at the footsteps of the Marais it is a good walk to Place de Voges, rue de Rosieres , Metiers Art Museum, Picasso Museum and the Cathedral Notre-Dame de Pairs.

There are a few ways to reach rue Quincampoix. There are metro stations nearby (Line 1, 4 , 7 and 14), RER A and B (station: Chatelet/Les Halles )and buses ( 20, 38, 39, 47, 72, 74). The area has lots of cafes and braseries, trendy restaurants and bars, movie theaters, grocery stores, open markets, boutiques, shopping mall, and supermarkets, etc. ).
