L'appartement complètement refait à neuf est bien aménagé et équipé. La chambre est très calme et isolés. Le coin cuisine est suffisant pour les repas quotidien. La douche est cependant réservée à des personnes de 1m75 maximum, le plafond étant à 1m80. La salle de bain manque de ventilation et devient très rapidement un hammam. les 5ème étages sans ascenseur permettent de garder la forme et de surplomber l'agitation légère de la rue.
