Our beautiful 38m2 apartment is in the 11th arrondissement in Passage Courtois, a rare, quiet, cobbled cul-de-sac, overlooking a quaint little park.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor and has one double bedroom, one bathroom, a kitchen, and a living/dining room with a second comfortable pull out bed and a dining table that also serves as an ideal desk space. The apartment has two south and one north facing windows, making it very light and airy. We love eating breakfast in our sunny kitchen in the morning!

The apartment is just a few minutes walk to both Philippe Auguste (M2) and Charonne (M9) metro stations, or you can enjoy the walk down to Bastille, through the Marais and onto the major museums and attractions. The apartment is also just a few minutes walk from the famous Père Lachaise cemetery (Jim Morrison's grave is just 500m from the apartment! :-)). The neighbourhood is bustling with restaurants, cafes and bars and there is a variety of supermarkets and shops/stores a few minutes walk away. You can easily explore the busy streets of Paris by day or night, and return to the tranquility of 'Passage Courtois' to put your feet up and relax. The 11th Arrondissement is one of the most vibrant and interesting areas of Paris. You can simply walk around and explore it, with something to discover on every avenue and corner.
