Our apartment (52m2) is on the 2nd floor and faces the courtyard in a residential street. It has a double living/dining room with a sofa bed for guests. The dining chairs are a find from the flea market: vintage Golem chairs made by Magistretti, they may not look it but are surprisingly comfortable. By Parisian standards, the kitchen is large with a breakfast table and has been completely renovated this year; most equipment is new, such as cooking hob, oven-grill (pyrolitic), washing machine and large fridge/freezer. The kitchen catches the sun until around 2. 30pm. The shower room has a wet floor. The bedroom is well-equipped with a large wardrobe, a desk and bookshelves. There are plenty of towels, bed linen, crockery, pans and cutlery. All you need to bring are your clothes and personal belongings.

There is a gardienne, who looks after the building. If you are interested, she can arrange to do cleaning for you.

The area is interesting, the street itself is residential but nearby are many shops, a Monoprix (open 7 days/week till mid-evening), markets, restaurants and services. Excellent public transport and several beautiful parks are within easy walking distance. Culturally there is a good choice of cinemas, theatres and museums which can be reached on foot.
