In Paris 14, which lies to the south, the district of Alésia (also known as Petit-Montrouge) radiates around the square bearing the same name, and also encompasses the Parc Montsouris, l’hôpital Sainte-Anne, and Les Réservoirs de la Vanne. This residential area, the result of late urbanisation as well as more recent refurbishments, offers a variety of accommodation, from large villas to smaller apartments.
