Great location. Beautiful and primarily residential neighborhood, close to metro (line 1). Short walk to groceries. Walking distance to Champs-Elysees/Arc de Triumphe, but a bit removed from the tourist center of Paris, so expect a SLIGHTLY longer commute to the main tourist destinations; however, line 1 connects to basically everything, and I think it's well worth it for the quiet and safety of this beautiful neighborhood, even if this is your first time in Paris. Just be aware that the bathroom and kitchen are very small, even by Parisian standards. Not a problem for me, but you shouldn't expect to cook anything too fancy in this kitchen.
