Perfect both for tourists who want to get to know Paris as well as for those on business trips. Completely renovated in 2013, it is particularly quiet although close to all amenities. This is authentic Paris, away from the hustle and bustle of the town. 100 meterswalk to bus stop 61 (gare de Lyon) and 69 (champs de mars), 200 meters walk from Métro station. Philippe Auguste et Père Lachaise (ligne 2). There is also a VELIB bicycle rental place down the street. You can shop within 100meters, rue de la Roquette (food shops, bars and nice restaurants, weekly Parisian market. . . ) Place de la Bastille is a 15 minutes walk. The building is safe and well maintained.
