Cet appart a été agréable, fonctionnel pour mon séjour à Paris d'1 mois et afin d'effectuer un stage. Il est situé juste face au métro, dans un quartier très sympas à proximité de nombreux commerces, services et restos. Le 13ème arrondissement est un musée à ciel ouvert avec toutes les fresques de street art réalisées par des artistes reconnus dans le monde.

O studio tem boa localização na cidade, é bem equipado (incluindo tv, telefone fixo, e mesmo outras utilidades domésticas que não esperava encontrar como aspirador de pó e cafeteira) e estava devidamente limpo à chegada.
