Lovely Haussmannian 1 bedroom apartment in Montparnasse area. 40 m2. 1 bedroom, 1 living room with ensuite kitchen, 1 bathroom. Enjoying a lot of light, it is quiet as it is located at the 1st floor on a courtyard. Just newly totally repainted in June 2014 ! With 2 digicodes and a securized reinforced door you will feel secured when at home. The apartment is well equipped : Bosch washing machine, Brandt oven and stove, wifi, a 4 meter-long closet in the bedroom to put all your clothes, suits, etc. It is decorated in a Parisian style, with a lot of charm, and has 2 fireplaces : one in the bedroom, one in the living room. The 57 rue Falguière is extremely conveniently located : close to Pasteur Métro station -3 minutes-(lines 6&12) and Montparnasse métro (lines 6, 12, 4, 13) at 5 minutes you can easily access all areas of Paris. The neighbourhood enjoys several bakeries, including the top one "Du Pain et des Gâteaux" (just accross the street), 2 supermarkets at less than 5 minutes walk, many bistrots and cafés and restaurants. Cinema-lovers can walk to Montparnasse in 7 minutes. You have 2 pharmacies in less than 3 minutes. A cobbler and dry cleaner in less than 5 minutes. The stores, department store Galeries Lafayette of Montparnasse are accessible in just 5 to 7 minutes by walk. Feeling like travelling to the west (Brittany) or South West of France (Bordeaux. . . . ) ? The train station of Montparnasse, at 5 minutes by walk is just nearby. Many buses will take you all over Paris as well. You can walk to Saint Germain des Prés, le Bon Marché in just 15 minutes. Should you work at Institut Pasteur, it will only take you a few minutes to go to work !
