- max 15 € (incl. VAT)/m² (to which can be added 3 € (incl. VAT)/m² for property inspection / outgoing inventory) for a lease subject to French law n° 89-462 of July 6, 1989.
- 15% TTC of the total amount of the rent for a lease not subject to French law n° 89-462 of July 6, 1989.

What is the amount of agency fees?
