The flat is ideally located in the 14th district of Paris, 10-15 minutes from Notre Dame (by the subway), 5 minutes from the Montparnasse railway station (by the subway), 10 minutes (by bus or subway) from Saint-Germain-des-Près or La Sorbonne University and 5 minutes (by walk) from the Montsouris park and the international campus of Paris.

Our flat comprises 2 bedrooms with beds for four people in total, 1 bathroom (with a bath), 1 toilets, 1 fully equipped kitchen, 1 living room and 1 dining room.
The flat is 76 squared meters (c. 818 squared feet).
The flat is at the third floor (no lift for the moment, only stairs) of a building of Paris from the late 19th / early 20th century (Haussmann epoque), the decoration is typical from the Haussmannian epoque: all the rooms have marble fireplaces , parquet flooring and mouldings on the ceilings. The flat has high ceilings.
Due to is location on the third floor, you will enjoy a nice view on the street.
In addition, the flat is oriented to the South which brings a lot of light all over the day (and a nice sunset view from the living room).

3.        Decoration

The flat has just been fully restored and refurnished (end of July 2019)!
Consequently, the flat is in a perfect shape (paintings, floors etc. ).
