Welcome to our cozy and recently renovated studio on Rue Saint Maur situated in a very charming building from 1850. Back then, our studio was probably an atelier or a small shop, and today it's our small jewel in the City of Lights. It's a lovely 13 m² furnished studio Scandinavian decorated (we are Swedish) situated on the ground floor in the 11nd arrondissement of Paris. It's small but the garden outside your doorstep makes it appear much larger, also guaranteeing a very quiet night as if you were in the countryside. It's well planned and well equipped with everything you need for your stay in Paris including washing machine and wifi. Ideally situated just 200m from Oberkampf with all it's restaurants, bars and nightlife. Walking only 400m you arrive at Canal St. Martin and then you are just a couple of minutes walking from Place de la République and Le Marais with all the cultural and leisure activities. Just outside the studio you find many super markets, restaurants, bakeries, bars, pharmacies etc. We hope you will enjoy our studio as much as we do!"
