The Paris housing market is extremely fickle and landlords have their pick of tenants--there is no first mover advantage. There are some great apartments on Lodgis but you should be prepared to book it 3+ months in advance to secure a place that fits your every need.

Your website impressed me from beginning, presentation of apartaments beeing nice and helpfull, with a lot of pictures and multiple filters, so making possible to find fast an apartament as per my needs. The agent I was in contact with, Chiara, was very helpful guiding through the offers and alternatives, not hesitating to call when the things were not going smoothly. I shall recommend your agency for sure when I will have the oportunity.

The response of Lodgis was excellent, helpful and friendly. I had a bit of difficulty with the apartment renting office, but once I arrived, it was very smooth to settle in. Very satisfied with the support.

Les agents auraient pu être plus efficaces lors de la recherche du logement, par contre ils ont été très aimables et patients... Très rapide lors de la signature du contrat! Aucun souci par rapport au garant (étranger, dans mon cas), ce qui a été le plus important pour moi.
