Overall, the experience was quite easy, but when I initially came into contact with the agency it took a long time (up to five whole days) to get responses with any information. After a while I began receiving emails more frequently and the process became very easy and I booked a lovely apartment.

Lodgis has acted as a really good broker in supplying me with reliable information on apartments in Paris. A big thank you to Ms. FALLETTA who has engaged a lot in order to make me feel comfortable with my final studio. One little remark for improvement: You might consider to communicate with the owner first, that means before telling your customer that the apartment is available at the required date. In that way, you may ensure that the owner really is in Paris at the date the hirer would like to fetch the keys for his studio.. But that's just a small critical feedback. In general, as said, I was very pleased with your service.

Lodgis is a great agency and they help me a lot with my stay in Paris. The only thing that they could improve is the internal communication. Sometimes the same subject continues to go on and on because two agents try to take care of one dossier.

La personne de chez LOGDIS qui a pris en compte ma recherche d'appartement déposée sur internet m'a contactée en 48h. Elle m'a fait plusieurs propositions et a été à l'écoute de mes demandes. Ses appels téléphoniques ont été nombreux. Bravo pour cette réactivité. Un seul regret, Logdis n'est pas joignable par téléphone, il faut envoyer un mail pour demander un appel...
