The translations into English really helped my understanding, and Klara was available within a few days most of the time.
Communication with Chiara was great. She answered very quickly and was patient with my questions. She was also available via skype. I got the first appartment I applied for. Really great service! I have no complaints! Thank you! Only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars: the platform "Extranet" was not straightforward but a bit difficulult in handling. I often wasn't sure, if my files were uploaded or not.

Contact is polite but a lot seems to get lost through translation using English by email because I asked a lot of questions but didn’t get in-depth answers that fully answers my questions.

It was hard to contact them at the beginning but then It went all well. They know english pretty well, and some italian as well. Hence there's no problem in communicating with them.

The "monthly charges" should be included on the monthly price that appears in the website when browsing for apartments. It does not make any sense to separate the monthly charges from the monthly price because you will charge for it anyway. It is just misleading and I think you do it because it makes the user think the price of the rental is lower than it actually is and its wrong to do that.
It was very helpful to have a dedicated manager who helps you with the search. The total costs renting the apartment are really transparent and keep growing the further you get in the renting process. Also the costs stated in the ad differ from the ones on the offer. Both points cause inconviences and lower the trust.
I like that I get to meet the owner. This is the best way because the lessee will also see if he/she has the initial rapport with the lessor.
