LODGIS has been an extremely helpful agency. I will gladly go through this agency again. The only problems encountered was the lack of clarification in regards to certain charges. The informations given were not too clear, I had to re-read certain forms and given paperwork to better understand. I was also surprised that electricity or wifi was not included in the charges, this was not expressed until later on. However, the agents are very competent and helpful. They were available to answer my numerous questions within 24 hours. I highly recommend this agency.

La Senorita Taillardat ha sido muy amable. Ha contestado a todas mis preguntas (que han sido muchas) con prontitud. Una experiencia muy agradable y el que hable el espanol tan bien ha facilitado mucho.

Servizio d'eccellenza con operatori, nel mia caso la gentile Manuela, sempre pronti a chiarire qualsivoglia dubbio. Alla fine ho trovato la miglior soluzione, ma soprattutto ad un ottimo prezzo!

Contact with the agency was smooth and uneventful. Everything went as expected.

The agency was very helpful and friendly throughout the process, and I thought they really tried to find me a good apartment. But I thought the formal process was not ideally organized First, the agency mixed up my guarantors' contact details with my partners' and send out wrong emails/put wrong names and addresses in the contract. Second, my guarantors were involved more than necessary - all that's needed is their signature on a contract, but they needed to do that twice - first an initial statement and then the contract, both within a day. Then they continued receiving emails addressed to me in cc., which were really of no interest to them.
