I CANNOT GIVE ENOUGH PRAISE TO MS.LUSIA ZAMBELLI WHO I WORKED WITH IN FINDING AND SECURING THIS APT. FOR MY SON AND HIS 2 ROOMMATES WHO WILL BE STUDYING IN PARIS FOR THE SEMESTER. MS. ZAMBELLI WAS HIGHLY PROFESSIONAL, VERY RESPONSIVE AND WORKED VERY HARD TO FIND THE RIGHT PLACE FOR THESE 3 YOUNG MEN. FURTHER, SHE DID NOT JUST TRY TO MAKE A RENTAL- SHE TRULY PROVIDED THE CANDID GUIDANCE AND INPUT ON ALL APARTMENTS AVAILABLE TO ENSURE THAT THERE WOULD BE THE RIGHT KIND OF SPACE TO COMFORTABLY ACCOMODATE 3 YOUNG MEN.MS. ZAMBELLI ALSO CALLED VIA PHONE REGULARLY TO PROVIDE MORE DETAILS AND ANSWERS TO QUESTIONS THAT PROVIDED MORE INFORMATION THAN CAN BE HAD VIA EMAIL. FURTHER, THE CLOSING PROCESS WITH CONTRACTS,ETC., COULD NOT HAVE GONE SMOOTHER. MS. ZAMBELLI IS TRULY TERRIFIC AND A REAL ASSET TO LODGIS. I WOULD HIGHLY RECEMMEND HER TO ANYONE WHO IS SEEKING AN APARTMENT IN PARIS.

En plein été il est plus difficile visiter les appartements à louer. Autrement, l'efficacité de l'agence est 5/5.

Excellent but when I was first making the reservation I was asked to complete something by the end of business on a Friday, but due to the time difference (I was in Australia when I booked) I was unable to do so. It wasn't a problem, but more notice would have been appreciated.

Molto professionale. Ho apprezzato in particolar modo la qualità del sito internet e la possibilità di poter interagire anche in lingue diverse dal francese. L'incaricato è stato molto gentile. Le spese di agenzia sono un po' alte ma per il servizio offerto sono tutto sommato accettabili.

Nous n'avons pas eu de contact avec l'agence sauf dans l'application initiale pour l'appartement, où j'ai été très content avec toutes les réponses rapides et précises de l'agence.
