The process of getting the apartment is okay (i have low expectations). But since I’ll break the contract (i’ll move out before the contract is finished) i called her to tell me what to do, and i asked her to send a document to me (it was early January) up until now, i haven’t received any emails regarding to the document that i asked for. So yes very disappointed with this agent.

L'échange était rapide et efficace par mail. Mais j'ai demandé des photos supplémentaires du séjour puisqu'il n'y avait pas sur l'annonce, je voulais savoir comment est la fenêtre du séjour, où sont la table à manger, l'etagère, le placard, et les 4 chaise(s). J'ai également appelé l'agence mais personne n'a répondu.

Second contract through Lodgis. While the first went on smoothly, the second did not and included the agent withholding info on another flat that we were considering at the same time. Overall unsatisfactory experience and would only contact Lodgis on my next move only if the other agencies did not deliver.

It took a while for me to get an agent so I had no one to answer my urgent questions. Furthermore, an apartment that I assumed was being held for me while everything was finalized was given to someone else which made things very stressful. Besides that, Clothilde has been very helpful and responsive to my concerns and preferences. She was a great agent!

le bémol, car la relation internet ne marche pas avec mon adresse d'habitude, pourtant je reçois d'autres mail de la france. la communication par téléphone était compliquée aussi. une fois trouvé la solutions avec mon ancienne adresse mail française la communication allait trés bien. les fonctionalités avec les paiements très pratiques et Chiara de Camillis était très gentille et professionnelle.

The English version of the lease agreement should be enhanced. Though it is an English version, it still contains a lot of information in French and some typo in English.

They are very good at replying to my emails and reassuring me that something is been done to fix my problems, however as the main problem (the cockroaches) has not yet been effectively resolved I am sceptical if they will come through on their promises.
