Large two bedrooms apartment 969 sq ft (90 m²) with two nice terraces quiet and not overlooked and with a private car park. It comfortably sleeps 5 to 7 guests.

Location, location, location. It is in the middle of the nicest areas of Paris, between 7th and 16th district, at a few minutes walking of the Eiffel Tower and Seine River. Very close the New Beaugrenelle Shopping Mall, to many fashion shops, varied restaurants, bars coffees, sport clubs and cinemas. And above all the apartment is particularly quiet.

Very modern Building and well protected, finished in 2001 with a Videophone & Interphone Systems, located on the garden floor.

The two rooms, the living room and the kitchen overlook the two terraces that will let you take a good breakfast or dine leisurely getaway.

The 2 Terraces are on a private garden (269sqft + 75sqft) or (25m² + 7m²) , South-West exposed.

All the windows have electric shutters, TV Cable, Internet high speed, Fixed Phone towards some wireline/fixed operators are unlimited and free of charge, Double Glazing.

Arrival / Departure:
* Check in time between 3 pm and 7 pm. Should you plan to arrive outside these hours, please let us know your estimated time of arrival so that we can find an arrangement.

* Check out time before 11am. Possibility to leave later whether there is no customer that day.

Professional house cleaning/maintenance is usually performed between
11am-3pm.

The Neighborhood

Paris 15th District Dupleix - Charles Michels.

Tower Eiffel is at a 10 minutes walk, Seine River at 5mn, the new Beaugrenelle Luxury Shopping Mall (fashion shops, 100+ luxury brands, panoramic barshops, varied restaurants, bars coffees, sport clubs and cinemas) is at 4mn.

A supermarket "Monoprix" is at 4 minutes walk(open from 9am to 9pm); 2 others are open Sunday at 4mn (sunday morning 9am to 1pm) and at 7mn (from 9am to 8pm).

The renowned bilingual school (Ecole Active Bilingue Jeannine Manuel : EABJM) is at 5mn walking.

Swimming Pool, Fitness Club, Squash Club and Bowling club are at 3mn walking.

Nearby the metro stations Dupleix (line 6) and Charles Michels (line 10), there are also several bus lines.

There's a "Velo-libre" bike rentals at a half block away.

House Rules

Here are 2 tips to keep a good relations with the neighbors and make a big difference in your quality of stay.

1. Say hello. A friendly smile and wave to a neighbor to create a pleasant atmosphere.

2. Turn your music down. This is a simple peacekeeper, tried and true.

The flat should be returned in its original condition and state of cleanliness.

Smoking allowed only on terraces. Please, no smoking inside.

Our neighbors are quiet and private, please be mindful of that, no parties allowed.
