Apart from the fact that I constantly felt threatened to lose the studio that I have chosen, the experience with the agency was ok. I was really worried to deal with this agency again because last time I rented from Lodgis the landlord has never returned me the deposit and I felt completely unprotected by the agency. This time my landlord seems very cool, we did etat des lieux and I am not worried that something like this will happen again. But, honestly, after what happened first time I would not recommend you, because you should think about tenants too and about which landlords you choose to work with, because the first landlord completely destroyed the reputation of your agency for me, but I am happy that I have still risked working with you and this time you helped me to find a nice studio with a nice landlord. In the advertisement the composition of the house should be described better: it was not clear the terrasse is located in another floor and you have to exit from the apartment, lock appartment door, go upstairs by shared stairs and unlock its door.
Agence réactive. Le site est un peu lent par moment. La démarche était rapide, néanmoins le site LODGIS était peu intuitif en ce qui concerne la mise en ligne des documents. Cordialement

The information providing was good, but with the urgency in apartments in Paris I would have preferred it to receive faster responses to requests/information needed from Lodgis.
The agency is nice for most of the time and helpful. A little bit more patient or more gentle is appreciated.
The agency was slow with initial communication, but that improved as time went on. There is a lot more information that they could provide up front that would expedite the process and make it more expedient for all. (Types of documents that would be needed, explanation of the entire process step-by-step, options for guarantors if needed, types of payment accepted, how check-in and check-out work, the fact that insurance is required and how it works, etc). I had to ask many questions in order to receive a slow trickle of information. This can be frustrating when time is of the essence with so many steps involved. Also be aware that they only operate Monday-Friday weekdays. Once I established a more regular contact with an agent, the agent was prompt to respond (Mon-Fri) and paid close attention to my particular needs. I was provided good options for the lease to correspond.
Every time I have spoken to one of your agents they have been very helpful. I note that at times it is very hard to get through to agents, it would be helpful if reception could organise agents to call clients back (and even better if the planned time of call backs could be quickly confirmed by reception over email or phone).

Tarifs élevés et marge de négo très faible puisque pression sur le timing de signature. Un peu malaisant comme procédé.
Quick response times, available via phone if necessary, friendly staff, helpful and trust-inspiring online account with all necessary material. It's a little confusing that the contact person seems to change all the time. I have received emails from many different people (which is not an issue itself). However, when I have a question, I'm not sure which person to address. When moving in I received two different mail box keys. One of them was for the neighbors box which led to confusion when labeling the mail box with my name.

Communication with Chiara was great. She answered very quickly and was patient with my questions. She was also available via skype. I got the first appartment I applied for. Really great service! I have no complaints! Thank you! Only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars: the platform "Extranet" was not straightforward but a bit difficulult in handling. I often wasn't sure, if my files were uploaded or not.
