The agency is one of the lowest cost, anglo focused apartment rentals available. The Paris housing market is extremely fickle and landlords have their pick of tenants--there is no first mover advantage. There are some great apartments on Lodgis but you should be prepared to book it 3+ months in advance to secure a place that fits your every need.

Les agents auraient pu être plus efficaces lors de la recherche du logement, par contre ils ont été très aimables et patients... Très rapide lors de la signature du contrat! Aucun souci par rapport au garant (étranger, dans mon cas), ce qui a été le plus important pour moi.

Things turned out OK but there was a little uncertainty throughout the process that could be improved. -It took several days to get responses, confirmations, etc.- Some things like payment arrangements, deposit handling, could be done better: perhaps through web automation. It might be a cultural thing so these comments are just in the spirit of constructive criticism and not an expression of lack of satisfaction.
