契約成立までは全て日本語で対応して頂いていたので、契約成立後からはいきない自分で家主と連絡を取って、勝手にやって下さいという対応は正直驚きました。私はフランスに住んでいた経験があるので、問題ありませんでしたが、初めてだったらかなり戸惑っていたと思います。 家賃の支払い期限や方法についてももう少し詳しい説明が欲しかったです。

The agency people are all very polite, but getting an apartment took me many tries, mainly because they rent out so quickly, or maybe the website is not automatically updated. I got the apartment on my 6th try, but I\'m happy I did.

Un fois joignable, l'accueil téléphonique par opératrice très professionnelle; la prestation est excellente, la présentation de l'offre de service (clareté de l'offre et des démarches, ergonomie du site, descriptif de l'appartement). Points négatifs: premiers contacts par e-mail peu réactifs, nécessité d'appeller un stystème d'accueil téléphonique impersonnel (boite vocale directement, pas de rappel au premiers messages)
