There were some miscommunications between landlord and me that somehow slow down the process, which could be improved from the side of agent. The website is really old and we encountered some technical issues. Overall the agent was helpful and active, but could be more professional.

Not bad, they don't answer phone calls and email responses not always very thorough. We did, however eventually find an apartment. Yet to see if the apartment is as listed.

It is really difficult to contact my agents and their replies to my questions are often really late or not answered at all. I wish there could be a faster communication since a lot of my doubts and requests need for a quick follow up.
there is a big difference in how the agents handle the cases and what expectations. But in the end it all worked out

Interactions with the agency have been overall efficient, except for technical issues with the system upon signing my contract. I consider the all-online procedure convenient, although I wish it was a bit more reaponsive at times.
