It was hard to contact them at the beginning but then It went all well. They know english pretty well, and some italian as well. Hence there's no problem in communicating with them.

I have gotten a different agent and I was so disappointed as the person takes SO long to answer my email and respond to my questions. Thankfully this time I got Ms. Manuela which is amazing at her job and has made the process so easy for me to find my apartment.
